Captive Portal Screen
The Captive Portal screen opens as shown in the below figure. It consists of the five tabs namely:
Sites - Provides visibility into the status and statistics of all onboarded sites. This tab gives the user a real-time view of data usage per site, helping with performance diagnostics and site-level analytics.
Subscribers - Offers a detailed overview of all registered subscribers, including their status, login details, session duration, and device identifiers. It serves as the primary touchpoint for managing user accounts and viewing their data usage.
Plans - Visualizes data consumption and subscriber distribution by plan type. The user can track total usage, view the popularity of plans, and understand how bandwidth is being consumed across organizations.
Events - Displays a chronological log of user activity such as logins, logouts, and failed attempts. This tab is critical for auditing, investigating security concerns, and identifying unusual access patterns.
Admin - Enables the user to login to their CAN Administration Portal
In the Organization field, select the Organization or sub-organization from the dropdown menu. The logged in admin Organization is populated by default here. This is the organization corresponding to the email ID used to login.
The dropdown list consists of all the sub-organizations under logged in admin organization.
