Logs - Kontrol

The Logs tab shows the complete log of all devices entering and exiting the configured MCC regions. Using the Logs table the user can see when the Geo Kontrol rules were applied and in which MCC region.

• Login to Kognitive Cloud using valid user credentials.

• In the Organization field, select the Organization or sub-organization from the dropdown menu. The logged in admin Organization is populated by default here. This is the organization corresponding to the email ID used to login.

• The dropdown list consists of all the sub-organizations under logged in admin organization.

• Select Kontrol option from the left menu bar.

• Select the Logs tab. The Logs Table shows the following information:

  • Organization - Name of the Organization

  • Rule Name - Name of the Rule

  • Device Name - Name of the device on which the rule was applied

  • MCC - MCC number of the region

  • Applied Action - Type of action done on the device

  • Applied Action Value - Action value (Name of the Traffic policy / WAN Profile applied on the device)

  • Applied At - Date and time of the Geo Kontrol action taken on the device

  • Status - Status of the action (Success / Fail)

  • Description - Description of the event
